Our Story
What a long story this is! We met in 1983 in Tucumcari, New Mexico at Tucumcari High School. Lisa was a cheerleader and Michael was a golfer and science fair geek! The two paths crossed on the weekends only. We had lots of fun yet never dated. Lisa graduated in 1985 and Michael graduated in 1986. We never saw each other again until 2001, 15 years later. We met up as friends for drinks a few times and kept in touch via email. A year later we found ourselves going through rough times. We became the best of friends through the rough times who could count on each other. Over time, the two best friends eventually fell in love.
